Carrot Topped
A downloadable game for Windows and Android
Play as a helpless carrot as you flee for your life from the sinister Face. How far can you run before you're caught in their clutches or pummeled by a rolling pin?
This game was created for the 2021 Community Jam under the theme of 'Uncontrollable Fate'. It turns out that we won the jam! Thank you so much for everyone's feedback and support.
Our goal for this game jam was to create a simple, replayable game and focus on polishing the game as much as possible. As we were able to get the core mechanics created relatively quickly, we were able to repeatedly test the game and tweak the gameplay so that it feels solid. It also gave us the time to integrate a leaderboard system so that you can pit yourself against everyone else for the top spot.

I believe the server hosting the leaderboard has gone down. I'll get it looked into to see if it's anything we can fix on our end.

I may not be great at Carrot Topped, but it's still a fun way to pass a few minutes if you enjoy fleeing in terror from a ravenous mouth bent on your destruction.

Hi, I've been playing the game :D and I wanted to share some feedback about it :)
-The visual style is quite awesome :D.-When you die the game stills spawning obstacles until you restart and I won't lie to you, at first it made me laugh a lot hahahaha.
-The "enemy" is quite scary and fits perfectly with the game :)
-A coins system to buy cosmetics in a game like this one could work very well :).
-The game is pretty polished as I've only seen a Bug/glitch that allows you to jump a lot of times when you fall into the holes on the wood.
In conclusion, the idea is great and I hope you keep working on more games. Hopefully this is useful for you :D, also if you could subscribe that would help me a lot :)

I'm so grateful I found this game when I did! Glad to be at the TOP of the leaderboards (for about an hour or so) and was able to get some awesome footage of our carrot friend :) My in-game name is the same as my real name, Marlon!

Hi. You've done a great job. I liked the game. By the way, there is another bug that can help you get to the top. If you hang on the wall to the floor without falling. Then the mouth can pass you by, and you will remain alive. And the only test is barrels and stuff. I'm from Russia. Thank you for your efforts. My game name Anatko)) Real name Anatoly.
Hi, thanks for the feedback! We're aware of the glitch and plan on fixing it in the next update, however, due to the rules of the game jam we aren't able to patch the game just yet.
